Legal basis: Legitimate interest in analysing the use of the Website, in order to improve the services provided to Users and to offer them greater security.
Goal Systems may also process your Personal Data in order to carry out analyses, studies, statistics, surveys, usage metrics, study market trends, and use the data for fraud prevention, either on its own or through third parties. Management of the selection process and your application.

Goal Systems may process your Personal Data in order to manage the recruitment process of new employees and your application for vacancies published on the Website.
Goal Systems does not carry out any enrichment of its databases with information from third party databases, nor will it make automated decisions based solely on the automated processing of your Personal Data, without human intervention and producing legal effects or significantly affecting you, which may fall within the cases provided for in Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS AND KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Goal Systems will not store your Personal Data for a longer period of time than is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. Subsequently, once the purposes have been fulfilled or the right of suppression or opposition has been exercised, Goal Systems will keep the personal data duly blocked, insofar as liabilities may arise for Goal Systems or in any other way is legally required.
WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your Personal Data will only be accessible by third parties, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, in the following cases:
Group of companies. Your Personal Data may be transferred to other companies of the group of companies to which they belong and whose list can be found here:
